1. Information we collect

CreatorOS may collect information you provide when creating or using an account, including your name, email address, optional phone number, and selected creator platforms.

When you analyze a YouTube or Twitch channel, CreatorOS may process publicly available channel and content information returned by the relevant platform APIs.

2. How we use information

Information is used to provide authentication, save and display creator analyses, generate growth insights, operate the CreatorOS workspace, provide support, and improve the service.

3. Third-party services

CreatorOS relies on third-party services to operate parts of the product, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google Gemini for AI-generated strategy and chat functionality, YouTube and Twitch APIs for public creator data, and Tawk.to for customer support chat.

4. Public platform data

CreatorOS analyzes publicly available YouTube and Twitch information. CreatorOS does not require your YouTube or Twitch password in order to perform a channel analysis.

5. Data security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect account and application data. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Your choices

You may stop using CreatorOS at any time. Account and data deletion requests can be handled through the applicable support process.

7. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as CreatorOS evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
